As of my last update, Tom Brady holds the record as the oldest quarterback to play in an NFL game, retiring at age 45 after the 2022 season. He played his final game on January 16, 2023, for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady's longevity and performance in the league have set a benchmark for future quarterbacks.
