Because I was a wee lad I can't say with complete certainty but it appears the answer to the questions is Reggie Theus, a two time NBA all star. Reggie Theus only played 31 games, 8.7 ppg average. The leading scorer was shooting guard Quintin Dailey, 19.3 ppg.
