NBA have a rule saying that you couldn't play until the four years of colledge eligibility was done. The youngest current NBA player is Derrick Favours who is 19 (the only player still in his teens although many players are just 20) and was born on July 15, 1991. He averages 12.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. He went to NBA straight after highschool as did LeBron James (my idol if you care and also NBA's current top player), Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard. Hope that helped :) (but next time jut go look it up)
