There is no "weakest team." Sometimes the team with the worst record can beat the best teams in the league and be very competitive with them but lose to the pathetic teams. However, there are also teams who have a great record but can't beat the best teams at all. So, no team is ever the weakest.

That is a matter of opinion... like your favorite team could suck like mine which is the Milwaukee Bucks but you still have faith in them so you don't think they are the weakest team in the NBA but to be honest they are probably pretty close.
