It seems like Les Miles is the most likely candidate. However, there is no guarantee he would leave LSU especially if they win the BCS National Championship game which would effectively make him among the highest paid coaches in the country along with Nick Saban, Bob Stoops and Charlie Weis. Other candidates are likely to be Kirk Ferentz of Iowa, Brian Kelly of Cincinnati and - this one is a stretch - Urban Meyer.
My vote...none of the above. Well, I would like to see Miles come home but I think one of the best candidates would be Rich Rodriguez of West Virginia. He's built an amazing program at WV and Michigan has gone to the Mountaineers well before snatching up WVU's men's Basketball coach, John Beileine for their vacant head coaching job last year.
