Pete Maravich scored more points in his college career than any other NCAA Division 1 player. While playing at LSU "Pistol Pete" Maravich scored an amazing 3667 points and averaged 44.2 points per game. What makes this record even more amazing is that it was accomplished before the three point line was established. He also had to accomplish this amazing feat in three years because at that time, the NCAA did not allow freshman to compete on the varsity team in College Basketball.
