Guy Chamberlin won four titles in a row.

In 1921 as a player with the Chicago Staleys (renamed a year later as the Bears)

In 1922 and 1923 he was the player-coach for the Canton Bulldogs

In 1924 he was the player-coach for the Cleveland Bulldogs.

There were many members of the Packers to win three in a row, since the Packers are the only team to ever win three in a row. They did it twice in 1929 through 1931 and again in 1965 through 1967.

The only player to win three Super Bowls in a row is Ken Norton Jr. who won with the Cowboys in the 1992 and 1993 seasons and then with the 49ers after the 1994 season.
