Oct. 31, 2004: Steelers 34, Patriots 20The first meeting of the teams in the 2004 season saw the Patriots' NFL-record 21-game win streak that began in 2003 come to an end in Pittsburgh. The Patriots committed four turnovers, and, Plaxico Burress caught a pair of touchdown passes to lead the Steelers. Of course, several years later, Burress burned the Patriots again when he caught the game-winning touchdown pass in Super Bowl XLII for the Giants.
The Patriots managed only five yards rushing in this game, and trailed 34-13 after three quarters.
