Steve Largent is a former NFL player (which he is most famous for), and a former U.S. Congressman. He went to college at University of Tulsa and had a very successful four years of playing football, but wasn't drafted until 1976, by the Houston Oilers, only to be quickly traded to the expansion Seattle Seahawks for an 8th round draft pick. He spent a successful 13 year, seven time Pro Bowler career in Seattle as a wide receiver. He was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1995, and his jersey number (80) was retired by the Seahawks.
