T- you put both your arms out to the side, with your fists clenched. You have to make sure they are slightly in front of you though, not to far back.

Broken T- Like a T but with elbows bent in, fists resting on your brestbone

'High-V' and 'Low-V' whcih you form a 'V' shape with your arms, above your head, and below, respectivly, again, you'd need to make sure they are slightly in front of you, so that if you shook your pom-pom's you'd be able to see them out the corner of your eye.

These are the most basic Arm/Hand movements in Cheerleading,

I hope this helped :)

thigh stand (flyer stand on bases thighs)

prep(elevator) (flyers feet are in bases hands at shoulder level, backspot grabs ankles)

extension (flyers feet are in hands above head. bases arms are locked, backspots have ankles)

lib (one footed stunt. above head. one foot in hands, other pointed toe at the knee. both bases have one foot. backspot has ankle.

heelstretch (same as lib for bases and backspot. flyer grabs one foot(or ankle) and holds it above her head in front of her)

arabesque (same as lib for bases and backspot. flyer bends forward slightly. one leg goes back and up, like shes doing the splits(only with the back leg))

scale (same as lib for bases and backspot. flyer grabs ankle and has her leg in the shape of a U.

scorpion (same as lib for bases and backspot. Flyer take foot in hand and bends it so the toe of her show is touching the back of her head)

basket (bases cross wrists and hold eachothers. backstpo has flyers ankles. flyers feet go on top of bases wrists. bases and backspot lift up fast and flyer can pull many different things out of a basket toss. toetouch basket, kick fulls, pike baskets, etc.)

COMING DOWN!

walkdown (bases but one hand in the air for the flyer to grab on to. flyer jumps down)

bumpdown (going down from a stunt the opposite way of coming up.)

cradle (backspot counts "1,2" and the bases dip WITH THEIR LEGS and the extend arms to throw the flyer up. leave arms in the air to catch her)

twist cradle (same for back and bases. Flyer twists in air)
