Cleveland Browns- The original Cleveland Browns won multiple Super Bowls. But when the franchise moved and became the Baltimore Ravens, they made a new Cleveland Browns which debuted in 1999. Those Cleveland Browns have yet to be in a Super Bowl.
The sole NFC team that has not played in a Super Bowl is the Detroit Lions.
The other three teams are the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Houston Texans, and the Cleveland Browns.
(Cleveland was originally an NFL team that moved to the AFC when the AFL merged in 1970.)
So far, no team has played on its home field in a Super Bowl.

No
No, not only did Archie Manning not play in a Super Bowl but no team he played on ever made the playoffs.
New England
yes
they played in the 2000 super bowl game
For Super Bowl XLVIII the AFC is considered the home team. For the tv broadcasts, the away team plays Saturday and the home team plays Sunday.
That would be the best thing that could happen to that team! That team would play in his own stadium which is an advantage for them.
Technically one team is designated the home team for the game, but I think you mean if a team can play in its own stadium for the Super Bowl. The answer is yes, the team from the host city must make it through the playoffs to the Super Bowl.
