It looks to me like there are no human choices for celebrations either then jumping into the end zone, but certain players have their own celebrations along with a group of generic celebrations. For example, I returned a pick six with Charles Woodson who proceeded to do the Heisman Trophy stance in the end zone which I have never seen before and have never seen since which leads me to believe that it is a player specific celebration if not a "Heisman Trophy" winner celebration.
