The most Super Bowl rings won by Dallas Cowboys players is three. Here is a list of the Dallas players who were members of the Cowboys' world championship teams in 1992, 1993 and 1995:

Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin, Charles Haley, Nate Newton, Daryl Johnston, Erik Williams, Jay Novacek, Mark Tuinei, Darren Woodson, Russell Maryland, Bill Bates, Leon Lett, Chad Hennings, Kevin Smith, Larry Brown, Dixon Edwards, Tony Tolbert, Robert Jones, Godfrey Myles and Clayton Holmes.

Bill Bates was a member of the 1992 Cowboys, but he did not play in Super Bowl XXVII because he was injured. Charles Haley is the only player in National Football League history to win five Super Bowl rings. Before he joined the Cowboys in 1992, he had won two NFL championships as a member of the San Francisco 49ers.
