As of today NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) is now the worst Divison 1 Basketball team ever. They went 0-29.

Savanah St. is the only team to never win a game in Division 1. I think they were 0-28 or 0-29, but I am not sure. also prarie view went 0-28 in Division 1 basketball.

North Florida finished an abysmal 1-26 in the 2006-2007 College Basketball season. It's notable that they didn't get their first win until they defeated Lipscomb February 27, 2007, the next-to-last game of the season.

It bears mentioning that North Florida garnered two victories that season against Non-Division 1 opponents (Concordia NY and Skidmore), but those victories are not officially counted in the record books.
