actually the real answer is Pat Brady, UNR ,in 1950 with a 99 yard punt against Loyola Marymount. Not Randell or Kenny Randell Cunningham negative...randall had a 91 yarder in the NFL (eagles record) In college its Kenny Sayers of WCC, a 99-yarder

It starts at 1:25 in the video. What's funny is that in order to have this distinction, Eddie did something stupid (i.e., field the punt on the goal line). The gross total return is around 105 yards based on the yards he was pushed backwards after catching it. Amazing!
