There are currently no plans for the MLB Showdown game to produce new cards. The game seems to have discontinued production and does not have any upcoming releases scheduled.

Never, as the game from Wizards of the Coast was cancelled years ago. Independant MLB Showdown fans run various websites with up to date stats and players, but no official release will ever happen.
Well, you can wait until the awards are given out, and go to mlb.com, and find stats for players. I consider a 40+ HR season for a HR icon, and for RP you need 35 saves, and for K you need 1 K per inning pitched
