"Running into" is not an punishable offense. It is entirely possible for two players, in the normal course of playing the ball, to run into each other. It is a common myth that the goal keeper has any special protection in this regard.

Pushing, holding, charging at, or striking would be examples of fouls that could be comitted against any other player. The restart would be a direct free kick or a penalty kick.
