You also would want to look at turnover in the coaching staff. If the coaching staff that racked up all the wins is no longer there, then the past performance is a much weaker indicator as to how well you will be taught. To find a school that can help manage a pro baseball player's career, you should look at schools with well regarded business programs, accounting programs, law programs, or management programs. Any one of those could be a good major that will give a future pro player skills that will help them manage their career and the money they make.
