Some of the differences are: (SOFTBALL) 1. YOU THROW UNDERHAND. 2. THE BALL IS NOT AS HARD AS THE Baseball. 3. THE BALL IS A LITTLE BIGGER THAN THE BASEBALL. (BASEBALL) 1. YOU THROW OVERHAND. 2. THE BALL IS NOT AS SOFT AS THE SOFTBALL. 3. THE BALL IS NOT AS BIG AS THE SOFTBALL.
There are actually many differences. A softball is much lighter than a Basketball, the skins are different, basketballs are also inflated. Softballs also have seams, and are more aerodynamic. :) happy to help
no. basketball is a sport and science is a subject. TWO different things.
If you're looking for a quick and simple astronomy demonstration or science fair project, you can demonstrate eclipses with a bright light, a basketball and a softball. Place the basketball on a stepstool or stand, and shine the light on it from about 10 feet away. (If you have a globe, it works even better.) Move the softball between the light and the basketball. The shadow of the softball on the basketball is like the shadow of the Moon hitting the Earth, in a solar eclipse. The softball shadow only covers a small area of the basketball. Then move the softball into the shadow of the basketball. The basketball shadow is big enough to completely block the light from hitting the softball, like the Moon in a lunar eclipse.
The hardest to me is softball but they rank basketball number 4 and softball number 9 on how hard it is.
a basketball player because in my opinion they definitely move around much more than a softball player. i know this because i am a basketball and softball player and i would say that you move more and quicker than you would in softball
Strictly a matter of which possesses the greater mass. If the softball has less mass than a basketball, it must weigh less.
