It doesn't matter how much you weigh. It depends on if you have good balance and if you have strong enough bases. I know because I am a cheerleader and I have been a back spot base front spot and a flyer for cheerleading. You just need teamwork and strong cheerleaders!:)
the main steps in cheer leading is know how to do cheer leading know how to front spot back spot be a flyer or to base. And you should be good at doing dance in front of a lot of people and judges if they are a competition team.
There are only boys on cheerleading teams to spot for you.(help you in the air)

Cheerleading- Back Spot. Because im strong and I always pick people up when theyre down
in you back yard trees or on a eptey pole
lower back...makes a great target
You have to make sure you have a really good roundoff. If you have. Really high rebound doing a back handspring will be much easier. So after you have a good roundoff with. High rebound then get a spotter and have them spot you for a back handspring. You want to do your roundoff and jump back not up and keep your legs straight. You don't want to land in the same spot you started you want to land a lot farther back. The more power you have the less the spotter will need to spot you and eventually you will get your back handspring by yourself!! Good luck!
yes you can but its not good to it will keep coming back oh and one i had a black head for ages it grew a layer of skin on it
since they have a number one draft spot they will get a good running back and a good quarter back, plus a wide receiver so they should get to 6-10 or even if they get a good quarter back 7-9
Espero que yo recibo un puesto en el equipo de porristas.
If it says "1 Troy Ounce", then it is worth the current spot price of silver. This price changes from minute to minute but you can get a pretty new quote from kitco.com. Currently spot is around $17-$20.
