There is no "4 pointer" purely from a shot, however, should a three point shot be made and the shooter be fouled on the play, a free throw will be awarded giving the shooter the opportunity to complete a "4-point-play"

you cannot score 4 points in one play in Basketball. When a shooter is attempting a 3 pt shot and is fouled in the act of shooting and still makes the shot. They also get a chance at a free throw

No you cannot score a 4 point. You may score a 1,2, and 3.

You get a 1pointer for a foul shot. You get a 2 pointer when you shoot inside the arc. You get a three pointer when you shoot from the 3 point line or behind backcourt.

You cannot; the highest you can score is a 3-pointer.

No, it is impossible to score five points in one basket since the farthest possible shot is beyond the three-point line, which only scores you three points.
