It can be extremely stressful. Between getting sent down and called up, the vigorously brutal travel in the minor leagues and being traded. Also the arbitration cases and free agency are not the easiest things to deal with. Struggling when you're on thin ice is something that at times makes you want to break down and cry. Not being able to control your life is the hardest part but when you earn a steady spot in a place you feel you belong in your career and it's worth it.
