They collect the equipment(shoulder pads ...etc) and make shure the players have there equipment when they need it
they also make sure the gear is clean, safe, and ready to use. Most EM work 12 months a year and rotate as the seasons change. They will often work with a team dealer like XO Sports (866.496.4327) to make sure they are getting the best gear for the cheapest price. Budgets are tight and they need to make sure the money lasts!
