Well, there is no exact food that cheerleadershave to eat. Now their are the cheerleader who diet of course and some are naturally thin, but in my personal opinion, It's NOT what you look like, it about working hard, learning at a fast pace, making friends being cheerful and optimistic. Now if your worry about how the uniform will fit and look on you, You shouldn't unless the uniform complete show the midriff Now if this is the case, and you don't feel confident in your abs. Well what you should do is this, DON'T stare yourself, but work out your abs, it's effects will last much longer.

Your meal does not always have to be healthy you can treat yourself to something once in awhile such as if you eat fruit and a good healthy meal for 3 days you can treat yourself to a small portion of your favorite treat and you can walk and jog you don't have to push it don't have eating disorders you're perfect the way you are :) hope it helped :) and have fun cheering

cheerleaders are just normal people and drink any thing they feel like it but for a cheerleaders diet they drink a lot of water :)
well, we dont eat soup before a game cuz then it would give us a stomach ache and we would throw up when we tumbled.
