Cheerleading is one of the hardest physically exerting sports there are. While it may look easy and too showy showy, it's not. You have to be so fit for this, both physically and mentally, knowing stunts, tumbling jumps and dance are exerting. IT's a great way to get excercise, but cheerleading isn't for the weak willed, you must have confidence to ace something....

Well first of all there is a difference between football cheerleading and competetive cheerleading. In my opionion and probably every other competetive cheerleader's opinion, competetive cheerleading is much harder! But back to the question, most competetive cheerleaders like it because it is a challenge and it combines tumbling, cheering, dancing, and stunts! It teaches you commitment and responsibility, and also gives you great physical health!!
