No it does not. There are many athletic and recreational areas at the White House (tennis, gym, pool, etc) but no soccer field. However, there is plenty of lawn area, much of which is flat. I am confident that if the president or his family wanted to play a pick up game of soccer he could easily set up an impromptu soccer field and enjoy one of the most popular sports in the world.
