Well the captain in a netball team usuallly chooses what they want to do in the tosses like if they do heads or tails they'll ask "ok" "you won the toss what would you like to have"? "first centre or choose which end you want your shootor to shoot at"? Thats where your captain comes in and makes that decision and you also have to sign your signature on a board to show that you were the captain.
