You can't be serious. Physically Basketball is probably the least stressful on the body (Baseball, football, Wrestling, etc.) Running and jumping. Your risk is getting slammed, which if you are asking this question, I assume you have an excellent chance of, deservedly so. What is the point of the question? I don't get it.

There are very few risks or hazards involved with basketball. One obvious one is that a serious injury could occur from playing physically. Other than that (and fatigue, which will result in a shorter lifespan), nothing is that risky.

There are many risks in basketball. There are minor ones you could get while you aren't playing basketball like jamming your finger. While you're playing you are subject to rolling an ankle, which isn't that bad. But you can also hurt just about anything. You might trip and land awkwardly on your hands/wrist/arm and break them. You could hurt your legs. If you take a bad fall while attempting a layup or dunk, you could hurt your back. There aren't too many injuries to be worried about while playing though.
