As far as I know, the answer is Chris Spielman from Massillon Washington HS in Ohio. He played for Ohio State under Woody Hayes and then NFL for the Lions and the Browns. I was just looking for the answer to this question to see if I could find others and I saw this question was unanswered. That was approximately 1981 so there may have been others since then.
