When you say "football" I will assume you mean "soccer" since you are speaking the English language and in the home of the English language (England) the game that involves kicking a ball into two goals is called the correct term - football. Football is over 300 years old yet Baseball isn't even older than 200 years in any form so clearly football is older.
Shmeny answered:
Baseball- There was a story about a man named Abner Doubleday who invented baseball in 1839. However this is no evidence supporting this claim. Some others say that baseball was invented in 1792 in England... played with wood for bats and cans for balls.
Football- NFL football is a descendant of Rugby football which was imported to the United States from Canada in 1874. After a few transformations it became what it is today. Professional football in the US dates back to at least 1892.
Based on loose information, I'm going to guess that baseball came first, then football.
Which_came_first_baseball_or_football
baseball
Baseball and Football.
FOOTBALL!!
NO
yes it was invented by the native Americans when they needed something to practice for war
No, he lived before baseball was invented.
Australian football league isnt a sport, its an organization. And im 99% sure soccer was "invented" before football
the English invented football
No, rugby was invented during a game of soccer or as i say it football.
The real name for Soccer is Football. You use your foot, to move the ball. Football was invented before American Football, the rules were written before American Football's rules. American Football shouldn't be called Football because the foot is barely used.
I don't know the exact order here is what I am guessing:soccer, baseball, basketball, football, and hockey
Whether you are referring to American Football or Association Football, the answer is no. Dr. James Naismith invented the sport of basketball in 1891, the sport of American Football was introduced 2 years earlier in 1889, and Association Football (or soccer) came about approximately half a century before that.
