The idea is to hit the person just below the knees with your shoulder because if he doesn't have his legs he won't be able to move. Also go in to the tackle hard because if you don't it is going to hurt you more. Here is another tip when playing in a game introduce yourself to your opposite number then the scrumhalf then fly half (when i say introduce smash him) especially useful for back row players. so you go down on youre knees hip shoulder

i just get as low as i can to the players thigh height and hit/her him with my shoulder at full pelt that way he/she will lose his/hers balance and will be unable to tackle in other words the technench is called a breakthrough or you could just side step or hand them off basically you just push them with ur hand it works with a tackle to the back as well. and sidestepping is just when ur running and you make a quick long shuffle to ur right or left
