Also Dion Dublin won with Celtic and was in the Man Utd team that won the title in the 92-93 season but he suffered a broken leg in a game against Crystal Palace and was out for 6 months. By the time he recovered United had signed Eric Cantona and so he never played the 10 games needed to qualify for a winners medal.

Darren Fletcher of Manchester United has won two English Premier League medals.
Brian McClair, also of Manchester United, won it four times.
Colin Hendry won it once with Blackburn Rovers.
These are the only three I can think of, there are many others who have won the old English First Division (pre-1992).
