It is unlimited in terms of it is only limited in time, tests are played over 4 or 5 days so the limiting factor is in days rather than overs. An innings ends when all players on that side are out/ a declaration is made or where the test is over.

There is no limit apart from the fact that you can only bowl half the overs and of course how tired the bowler gets.

there isn't limit like that. As long as batting side on the ground with wickets in hand, fielding side should ball endlessly. but you must ball 90 overs in a day.
