Ohio State is one of the best football programs in college football.
No they are consistant in the top ten and almost always make it into a bowl game off some type and are always threatening to win the conference title
Yes, Ohio State is one of the single best football programs in College Football.
no, the longhorns beat the buckeyes in the 2009 fiesta bowl and they only had one loss in the season Texas has a better record than Ohio state since 2005
OSU Should have beaten Texas in the Fiesta bowl, their best player was out in the second half and Texas' Offensive line got away with murder and they still couldn't stop Thad Gibson from sacking Colt McCoy. They got away with a bad roughing the passer call and all but one of Texas' scoring drives was penalty assisted, they were held to -9 yards rushing in the first half and Texas was even out produced offensively in the first half, but luckily in the second half Chris Wells got injured and it shifted the game's favor for Texas. (That and some bad calls)
OSU is a better team than Texas and always has been, even in the loss in 2005 Texas (again) got away with a bad call that would have shifted the game in OSU's favor.
They have stability in their coaching staff that runs a tight ship, preventing NCAA violations. They also dominate recruiting of the top tier players in and around Ohio. They also have solid recruiting in Florida and some from Georgia. The result is consistent winning, Big Ten championships, and BCS berths.
