There are no weight restrictions in Cheerleading. It is best to be in the healthy weight range for your body, but as long as your body is in shape to handle to tremendous stress this activity can put on it, it really does not matter what you weigh.

i think that it depends on if you are the lightest on the team and or how much the base and spotters can hold and i am a flyer so i should know although i am pretty light at 90 pounds but i think that if you are strong enough than you can do it just exercise enough.
It rely doesn't matter how much u weigh as long as ur tight stiff and can hold ur own weight in the holding your self up on the bases with no back spot test. I have flown 145lb girls with is over 20lb more than me and I would rather fly her than a tiny 70 girl who cant hold her own weight. If u don't hold ur own weight up in the air, ur weight doubles every 30 sec.
Squeeze ur butt if u can't stick a penny in between ur cheeks(lol) and if it falls, ur not squeezing tight enough. Also squeeze ur abs, legs- especially thighs, and almost every muscle in ur body.
Have fun... Flying is an AMAZING rush!!
I think a 12 year old flyer should weigh 70-130 if your 5"1 and if you are taller than that weight would vary
It does not matter how much you weigh for cheerleading. Everyone is welcome to try out, whether you weigh a lot or weigh very little
