There is no defined weight for a cheerleader. A healthy middle schooler should way from 85-120 pounds depending on age and height

i am 13 and a cheerleader on high school cheer and competitive level 4... i almost have my full and i do have my triple toe back.... i weigh 105 lbs. even if you weigh more or less remember muscle weighs more than fat and a lot of cheerleaders have a ton of muscles from stunting and tumbling
okay there is no 'average weight' for a cheerleader thats all just stereotypical crap stuffed into our brains. I am a cheerleader so i know weight has nothing to do with it. Cheerleading is about helping pep up the crowds not look skinny and sexy in ur uniform. every year i have cheered there has always been one or two girls that were a little on the heavy side and then there were the girls where we have to work to find a uniform small enough... your weight doesnt matter you are 'beautiful enough' to be a cheerleader no matter what the scale says. <3

What ever is good for your body type. It should only matter what your body type is because everyones is different.
My girlfriend in Jr. HS was a cheerleader. She was a base and she weighed around 195 lbs. She and another girl did most of the heavy lifting for the flyers. Obviously she was bigger than average so I would say 90 to 140 lbs depending on height and body type.
