Usually between $5 to $10.
Typically it is around 7-10 dollars. Depending on the store.
yes you can when you use a compressor only fill up the co2 tank for 2 seconds for every ounce the tank can hold (9 ounce tank=18 seconds) <><><><><> However, the CO2 tank is designed for CO2, not ordinary air, and it is rated for only a specific pressure. If you don't have the proper equipment to do this, it is better for your own safety to leave it to a professional.
No! This is a fire hazard and should not be attempted.
If you are not trained on filling Co2 tanks (unlike HPA tanks) you should not attempt this, on risk of breaking the burst disks, or freezing your hand. An HPA tank however, you can simply hook up and fill.
You probably could fill it, but not to pressures needed for paintball gun operation, CO2 tanks should not be filled with any gas or liquid besides CO2. edit: you could use Argon in a HPA tank but not a CO2 tank
~$30
"H" is not a size for CO2 tanks
when you fill a tank that is completely empty shoot a little co2 into it and then bleed it off this cools the tank and makes it easier to fill
Take it to a shop! if you want to do it yourself the normal way is to put the bottle on scales and fill it from a larger bottle to a fill weight. To be honest though CO2 is well out of date. A smart move would be to move onto compressed air.
For beverage CO2 tanks (2.5, 5, 10, 20lb) you can go to Fuller Fire and Safety on 2002 2nd Ave (very good customer service) and Columbus Fire and Safety 3101 Second Avenue (also good). Both will inspect your tank on first fill for a nominal fee, tag it, and fill it. Each year they will re-inspect your tank.
No, paintball co2 is much higher pressure.
