The home team keeps all the proceeds from ticket and concession sales. This is why teams like the Marlins and Royals--very small market teams who don't draw many fans--don't have nearly the money that the Yankees and Mets have.
This doesn't get into revenue sharing, but much of the money split between teams for revenue sharing comes from television contracts, I believe.
