Practice twice a week 3-5 hours a game every week 45 mins half plus warm up come to about 2 hours.
All it takes is practice. All soccer players played 10000 hours before they became a pro. Practice, practice, practice!
1.5 (90 mins) then any stoppage time on top, if the two teams are drawing and depending on the competition then 30 mins of extra time is played. Still drawing? Then a penalty shoot out.
