The 2010 Boston spring training roster had four native-born players from the Dominican Republic: pitchers Fabio Castro and Ramon S. Ramirez, infielder Adrian Beltre and designated hitter David Ortiz. Pitcher Manny Delcarmen is of Dominican descent, but he was born in Boston.
