How fast do you think a high school softball player should run from home to first?
Most high-school players can run form home to first between 2.8 and 3.2. As always there are some people that are faster, I ran it in 2.65, and these girls are usually slappers. If you are slower try to develop a power game to hit the ball out of the infield so that you can get on base more often.
