It all depends on your age, but usually it's pretty soft, because they really don't want to pelt little kids. I would say around 10 MPH, but I could be wrong. However, if you face a pitcher on your team, the pitch is probably 45-60 MPH.
well it depends how hard you throw it. pros usually throw it about 60 mph. non pros uaually throw it around 40 mph. (with alot a practice and experience)
The speed of pitches in a batting cage are generally slow to moderate. This is because the batting cage is designed to for practice and if the pitches were very fast the batter would not be hitting the ball very often but rather swinging and missing.

Practice in a mirror or throw a ball really fast at a wall and try 2 catch it! Practice in a mirror too help you get better hand coordination. Or you may throw a ball at a wall and try to catch it so u can work on hand coordination
