when you do cheer to make it or know for sure that your are gonna make it, you need to know how to do a cart wheel or even a flip, and when you first start doing that you will hurt and but your bones will get stronger but if you use it to your disadvantage and never stretch then pains in your back will start coming and legs! so just get up every morning and stretch. Or what i do is when im watching tv when commercials come on i start stretching.
