Try it! If you aren't out of breath, bowled over with hands resting on your upper legs and gasping with sweat pouring off you then you haven't played a good Basketball game. Watch the players. They run back and forth, twisting, turning, jumping for that almighty goal in the basket. It's great exercise and fun. The one nice thing about basketball is you can play by yourself (practicing getting the balls in the hoop) or you can play with another people or a group of people.
