It depends n what forward but basically you hover around between the oppositions goal box and in front of the quarter of your goal box. If you are a wing stick t the sidelines so the halves can feed it out to you and if you are a centre forward try and feed it out to the wings so the can feed it back to you. HOPE THIS HELPS!
