heat up the throat of the head with flame but dont melt the head, after about 20 seconds, stop and pull the throat apart with hands as if stretching it ,while placing a sturdy block or object in middle of the pinch.leave sitting overnight

Take A Ball And Put It Between The Area You Want Pinched. Than Take A Rope Or Somthing To Tie It With Than Stick It In The Freezer From 6-8 Hours Than Leave It Out At Room Temperature For 30 Minutes And Than You Have Your Piched Head.
