Loosen your sidewall strings and your string at the bottom of the stick. Push a ball in as deep as you need it and wedge something in there to hold the ball in (a piece of wood might work well). Tighten your sidewalls and bottom string just enough to keep that pocket and remove the wedge holding the ball. You might also have to play with your shooting strings, as your throw might go a little down now.

you beat it with a Lacrosse ball until you get a good pocket formed.
You can also soak it in warm water and then get a ball and put it in there and hold it there for a while. Then you take it out of the water and you can blow dry it or air dry. if you air dry then you might not get the pocket you wanted because it will form differently. While your blow drying it hold the ball in there and it should stay. Also, when you wet it the mesh will be kind of slimy because of the glue stuff coming of on the mesh.
If you don't know how to loosen sidewall strings then you can soak your head and mesh in hot water. Then wedge a ball in the pocket as deep as you like using a pencil or knife to keep it in place. Then let dry. You can also soak it and take a metal pole and push it on the pole and move the head around. Also, most likely when buying new mesh it is easily maneuverable.
first insert a lacrosse ball in ur lacrosse stick next put a pen threw ur mesh and just leave it for a while
Grind your ball into the pocket. But make sure you don't make it too deep. Different leagues have different rules about how deep your pocket can be.
