First you could start as an assistant coach or just go to a good amount of Lacrosse games. You can sit in on some college practices or even high school practices to figure out some drills...you have to know something about lacrosse I would say to be able to coach...but you can look online for some drills
You can read books, go to camps, sign up and learn from your coach, or teach yourself.
