a softbal is not easy to throw- you probably are not throwing a real softball.
Because it looks and smells like a pickle.
Error on the throw
you need to have really quick thinking and a time clock in your head to know which base to throw to
Absolutely NOT. The pitcher does NOT have to disengage the rubber to attempt a throw to a base. There's a huge debate over this, but anyone who tells you that a pitcher has to step off before throwing to a base hasn't read their rulebook very carefully.
he could not throw to 1st base from the 2nd base position, he some kind of mental block and could not throw to 1st, he would throw it all over the place
127 feet
It is spelled Softball and it was invented in 1887 in Chicago on Thanksgiving day, by George Hancock. -k1956
Even if third base is playing up third base is still a longer throw.
When a throw is made to a base where there is no force out, the throw has to be catchable to avoid the runner taking more bases on an overthrow or an error. So a throw must be placed some distance above the ground for the position player to make a play on the ball. This gives the base runner the opportunity to slide under the throw and touch the base with either his hand or foot. So I guess in short a slide is intended to get under the throw.
Well I don't know about you but I know I throw out things that I don't need.
The back of the free throw line is 19 feet from the inside of the base line. - The inside of the base line is 5 feet 3 inches from the center of the goal. - The center of the goal is 13 feet 9 inches from the back of the free throw line. This makes the back of the free throw line 19 feet from the inside of the base line.
