A toe touch takes alot of pratice. First, you start off with your arms in a high 'V".then you swoop your arms inward, and then kick your legs shoulder width apart as high as your can go. you must practice and pratice, to get better at it:)
better answer here:]toe touchs are a long process.takes lots of practice just follow thes steps1.start of by saying an 8 count [[ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8]] over and over.
2.one 1,2 clap
3.on 3,4 put your arms in a high V.
4. on 5 swing your arms inwards while jumping high with your legs apart.by time you hit 6 , your legs should be in the air and your arms should be in a T.
5.on 7,8 your feet will be on the ground with your knees bent and your arms in fists right next to them.
6. on 1,2 again stand up. and you've got it.!
how to perfect it:]this is hard . ive been cheering for 9 years and my toe touch isn't perfect. but its good.by doing these things it will get better.
1.sit on the ground with your legs apart like you will be if you are in the air doing a toe touch.and stretch.do that all the time and your toe touch will improve.
2. do arm motions only. stand and do the 8-count moving your arms only
1,2-- clap
3,4--high V
5,6-- swing arms inward to a T
7,8--bend knees with arms straight down.
1,2 come up and do it again.
Bend your legs and clasp your hands together at your chest. Then straighten your legs, go on your tippytoes and put your arms above your head. Keep them clasped together. Then swing your arms around to get momentum, then jump kicking your legs out to your side when your arms get to your sides too. Keep your back straight and point your toes. Don't lean forward and touch your toes! Eventually your jump will be high enough for your toes to touch your hands.
A toe back is really a touch touch backhandspring. After you land your toe touchjump right into your backhandspring.
Toe touches are a very hard thing to do. I have an over extended toe touch. A hyper extended toe touch is any where higher than that. A hyper extended toe touch is anywhere from almost liking yourself in the head to actually kicking yourself in the head.
the toe-touch should be at least up to your waist but if it isn't then you will need a little practice.
toe touch
yes toe touches are the most common jumps in cheerleading
yes it is possible i can do it
TTWB stands for toe touch weight bearing. It means using crutches in such a way that the toe can touch the floor, but bears no weight.
You prep like you are going to do a toe touch, then when you jump you pull one of your legs back to your hip so it would look like a N kind of when you flex your toe on the bent leg then with the other leg it goes out like a toe touch and which ever leg is out like a toe touch i what side hurdler it is.and you just land with your feet togeter
a passe is when you touch your toe to the side of your knee.
Does it matter? It's not a sport.
It helps, you should at least be able to tip toe and touch the ground.
There are so many different jumps. For example: * tuck * spread eagle * pike * toe touch * double toe touch * herkie * hurdler And countless other ones.
